Bar Patrons Ask to Pay Their Bill in The Private Office; Server Soon Sees Why

Rushed

As another group of noisy students entered the Cafe and headed to the bar area to begin their raucous night of drinking, the three strange men were seated by the front of house staff. Ashley’s manager, Carlos Carmo had noticed them as well and thought at the time that they were not their usual type of patrons. He thought he had better keep an eye on them. He wanted no trouble in his Cafe. His intentions were good but he too was rushed and distracted by the many other patrons needing to be served in the restaurant area.

Intuition

The men were seated at one of Ashley’s tables and she quickly set out the cutlery and handed them menus. She was an experienced waitress and always provided excellent service, but something about these men made her as nervous as a novice. The men ordered a lot of drinks and food and Ashley felt their eyes burning into her back each time she left their table to take yet another order to the kitchen. None of them spoke each time she returned with their food and drinks.
