Elton John and David Furnish
The one and only Sir Elton John and the love of his life, David Furnish, have been together since 1993. Their relationship has proven to be strong and long-lasting. Elton and his good looking partner decided to have a civil partnership celebration in 2005, all the while hoping that one day, same-sex marriage would be legalized in England, which finally happened in 2014. The couple promptly made things official on the 21st December that year.

The character Jesse plays in Modern Family is a favorite amongst fans, but how many people know that Jesse founded a charity “Tie the Knot” to help fight for the right of LGBT couples to marry in the USA. This fight was won in 2015, but Jesse’s charity is still going strong, focusing on LGBTQ rights in the USA, as well as marriage rights in those countries that have not yet won their battle. Justin, an actor and producer, and Jesse, married in 2013 and instead of wedding gifts, they requested donations to “Tie the Knot”.
